  • Additional Guest Accommodations: Handsome sofa in living room converts into a queen sofa bed with an amazingly comfortable AirDream Mattress, when another bed is needed
  • One bath (hair dryer, soft fluffy towels - please advise owners about any allergy issues)
  • Modern kitchen with dishwasher (guests provide their own meals) - all-electric appliances, bottom-freezer refrigerator (with glass shelves, clear humidity-controlled crisper, slide-out freezer drawer, and automatic ice maker), toaster, coffee makers (Keurig which uses K-cups, and traditional which uses ground coffee and filters and brews up to 10 cups at a time), microwave, stove (with glass surface and combination convection oven), dishes (service for 8 including plates, bowls, water glasses, juice glasses, forks, spoons, and knives), oak cabinets, generous counter surfaces, everything needed during meal preparation within easy reach, open floor plan makes team cooking especially fun! The Dock Barnard Farm is less than a half mile from The Old Campbell Farm. Expect the same modern comforts and conveniences, including linens and towels for your use. Plus, you'll find additional amenities to make your stay the best ever! Non-smoking. No pets (service animals only). Not handicap accessible. Responsible party must be at least 25-years-old.
